Meatbreak Wonderful! Really hope a full album is on the way, these tracks are superbly atmospheric, humming with naturalistic energy. Favorite track: A Fire on the Mountain.

FallenAngel Something Hüsker Dü? (Yes! Zen Arcade). Something Panopticon? Something Harrow!

pfk505 Marvellous.. This EP shows Harrow are as adept at the neofolk as they are at their brand of rain-soaked black metal. Please keep making this great music, you make us Islanders proud! Favorite track: A Fire on the Mountain.

The words of “Here in the Mountains” are written by David Whyte, they can be found in the collection “Fire in the Earth.”
2.
A wildfire of my heart The land of falling water is dry Everything is ash The Earth in which we sow is poison Turning inward Syllabum Primordial A clearcut of my heart These mountainsides are scarred forever Fireswept and bare I salt thee, Earth, No seed shall sprout again
3.
Our house will fall in winter Cloaked in flame How will we rise up From this shame? What every man puts down What he reaps The things that he’s given And what he keeps All that he is now, All his pain All this is passing And each man must bare his blame What you put down is what you reap The things that you give and what you keep All that you are now, all this pain All this is passing Only you are to blame
4.
Sitting at the fire’s edge The rain is pouring down Dragged down to the mire My soul left there to drown But the fire in the mountains Always burning strong The fire in the mountains Beckons me along This mountain may be silent And the timbers slashed and burned But the gnarled roots lay waiting One day to return These old pathways hold a key For those of you who’d know Seek transcendence through ascending Just as everything that grows And the fire in the mountains Is there to keep you warm The fire in the mountains Takes you through the storm
